Headsets

The threaded Aheadset® features a unique and functional adjusting cone design that uses either a standard external bottom bracket wrench or a hook spanner tool for adjustments. It can also be adjusted by hand. The adjusting cone design also lowers the overall stack height. The lock-nut is designed with large 32mm wrench flats ensuring that a common 10" adjustable wrench can be used. The cups and cones work together with an innovative LubeAlarm o-ring to seal-out contaminants.

The ingenious design of the Aheadset cone allows it to be used as a crown race when turned over. This means the cup, bearing, and cone form identical top and bottom assemblies promoting easy installation and fewer unique parts.
